By submitting a loan application to Jora Credit ("we," "us," or "Lender"), you agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to that application. If your application is approved, the Consumer Installment Loan Agreement and these Terms and Conditions will govern your loan.
The laws of your state of residence at the time of Application Submission and/or Loan Origination shall apply to these transactions regardless of where you may be at the time of execution.
You give Lender consent to obtain information on you from a consumer-reporting agency or other means available including, but not limited to TeleTrack and Accurint. You agree to and authorize such a search. You understand that Lender may not fund your loan if Lender cannot successfully verify all of your application information.
You certify that the information supplied by you on this website to be true and correct. You authorize Lender, our representatives, servicers, and/or assignees, to verify the information by contacting any of the persons or firms listed by you. Any false information submitted on this website shall be sufficient reason for denial of your request.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your login information; do not share this with others. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
We automatically log generic information about your computer and your computer's connection to the Internet, which we call "session data". Session data consists of things such as device information, IP address, operating system and browser software information, and the activities conducted by the user while on our site. An IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet, such as our web servers, know where to send data back to the user, such as the pages of the site the user wishes to view. We collect session data because it helps us analyze such things as what items visitors are likely to click on most, the way visitors are clicking through the site, how many visitors are surfing to various pages on the site, how long visitors to the site are staying and how often they are visiting. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers and lets us better administer our systems. It is possible to determine from an IP address a visitor's Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the approximate geographic location of his or her point of connectivity. We also collect and use session data to help prevent fraud or unauthorized use of our site. Session data is sometimes shared with third parties.
We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
We respect the privacy of your children, and we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We do not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable information from consumers under the age of thirteen (13). You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to obtain services from us.
